About Kirsten

Kirsten Strawn is not a therapist, theologian, pastor, priest, or guru. Who is Kirsten? She’s an ordinary, but transformed woman once detached, disconnected, and spiritually and emotionally destitute. Kirsten is The Faith Coach at www.TheFaithCoach.com, where she has encouraged thousands of people to deepen their relationship with a living and loving God.

Kirsten loves coming alongside people who are in pain to find purpose in the midst of their struggle. She is a world changer as she teaches her soon to be released book, Empowered to Love the Unlovable. Available to teach at weekend services, women’s, youth and young adult events, as well as retreat and workshop settings. She’s passionate about empowering people to experience God intimately, to know His unconditional love, and express that love to others.

Kirsten shares with transparency not to alarm people, but to disarm her audience to be healed and transformed. Kirsten believes that God allowed every struggle in her life to glorify Him. Her strength and healing comes from a Mighty God who restores, redeems and renews. Her credentials are the Word of God, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the word of her testimony.

Kirsten and her husband survived a marriage based on the wrong foundation of a student-teacher relationship, taking the life of their unborn child, and keeping their marriage a secret for a year and a half. They endured no income for a year, a battle against leukemia with their five-year old son, the transition of a move to a new country, and the everyday struggles of raising four teenagers.

Kirsten testifies that life can be hard, but we can become a new creation. Not perfect, but transformed. Is it easy? No, it’s been a process that required patience, perseverance and loads of prayer. Kirsten shares boldly her failures and successes to help others be empowered to deal with the difficult people God has placed in their path for a purpose: to love.
